  If you are a riding instructor, trainer, pony ride operator, board horses or operate shows, sales, breeding, racing or training businesses, commercial equine liability is for you.

   Trainer's Liability Insurance is important coverage for all individuals involved in the equine industry.   Care, Custody and Control insurance can also be included in your Commercial Equine Liability Insurance package.

So you require your clients to sign a release?   You are not always protected.  Recently a rider, who had signed a release was awarded $73,000 including $53,000 for pain and suffering, after she was injured in a riding lesson.  Protect yourself against losses such as this one by providing yourself with enough risk protection.
